Cover pots and pans with tight-fitting covers while cooking to prevent heat loss. If you do, they will boil a lot quicker and you will save energy and money.

Why Save Energy?
There is a very good chance that humans are (jointly) responsible for climate change and global warming. And even if not, we have to ask ourself what kind of world is in store for our children and grandchildren? Will there be clean air, clean water and energy sources?
